We run our website for UK and EU residents and cannot post products out with these areas unless agreed prior to ordering.
Upon placing an order you will receive an email of confirmation. Once we accept your order you will be notified via email that your order has been dispatched. If there are any issues with the order you will be notified at the earliest convenience .
We allow 5-7 days for dispatch and postal days are Mondays and Thursdays. If you require your purchase sooner or out with these days please contact us at laura@featherandthistlecandles.co.uk before placing an order to see if this is achievable.
Our Liability
We supply Candle Care Instructions with every purchase. These can also be found on this website under Candle Care, Product Safety and CLP info and as such we cannot accept liability for any product which has been used if these instructions have not been followed.
