Goods returned must be in original packaging alternative protective packaging and in a saleable condition and returned at your cost unless previously agreed prior to return. Once we have received your item we will send you an email confirming receipt. Please obtain proof of postage or a tracking number to ensure we can trace your item if required.
All of our products are carefully packaged due to them being fragile which reduces the risk of breakages but any breakages must be reported on receipt of goods.
Any missing items missing must be reported on receipt of your goods.
